The wedding day was beautiful, it wasn’t snowing or raining. We all feared another snowicane which happened on this same weekend last year and guests wouldn’t be able to attend. I only took photos of the girls getting ready then I put away my camera and danced the night away letting, Peter, the hired photographer take over:) It was nice to relax, enjoy the day, talk to family and friends and of course dance without having to worry about taking photos. I think the only person who could be the photographer and Matron of Honor is Jasmine Star– she rocks!
Back to getting ready. Tara of Hot Mess salon in Asbury came along with Alex to do hair and makeup at my parents house. I highly recommend Tara and Alex- they were fantastic! Very personable and exceptional service- we kinda wanted to hang out with them longer but we had a wedding to go to. Of course my husband Chris knows Tara from summer camp- haha, he seems to know everyone. Not kidding. Marissa was very relaxed all morning and I know she was excited but nervous at the same time. Everything went smoothly that morning and we even watched part of the Syracuse game, they won- go Cuse! Here we all are getting ready- thanks again Tara and Alex! Everyone looked beautiful.
The dress was from Jae Hee bridal in Englewood and Marissa looked stunning in her dress!
Congratulations Marissa and Mike- wishing you nothing but happiness for you both:) I’m not going to lie I am completely jealous that you are in the Caribbean right now enjoying life on the beach- have fun! Love you!
