I have been wanting to have more photos of Chris and I together and it’s not always easy because I’m usually behind the camera. There are tons more photos of Chris than of me in the recent years simply because I was the one taking them. So I’m taking a little spin on Gail Werner’s Self Portrait Series and I’ve decided to do a self portrait of Chris and I. One photo of us together once a month for the next 12 months. Lets see where this leads and if Chris keeps up with my crazy ideas!
Starting off in Vermont where we visited with friends this past weekend. Standing in the snow with the camera propped up on the car(I may need a tripod for this project!) Chris leaned against the tree and I set the camera settings up and ran in before the timer went off. My face is not quite in focus here, but I still like it(note to not shoot wide open next time.) 😉 I like that we are not looking into the camera, it’s going to be challenging to come up with ideas and poses for this series.
