Allison + Grant + Jonah

You know when you decide to do something big in life and then 4 more major things happen at once?  Like when I left my full time job, we bought a new house and Chris left his job to become a realtor all in the span of 3 months?  Yea things always go that way for me.  Allison and Grant found out they were pregnant, sold their condo in Hoboken, put an offer in on a gorgeous old mill converted into a farm house and then waited.  Eight months go by, they moved out of Hoboken, lived with her parents and were still waiting to close on their new home and for the arrival of their first baby.  After a long real estate transaction they moved in just a few weeks shy of welcoming Jonah into the world.  Everything happens for a reason is something that I truly believe.  New house and new family of 3- a gorgeous home and an even more handsome little guy to brighten up their world.  They were such a loving family which made my job an easy one.  I hope to see you all again and watch Jonah grow over the years.  In case you missed their sneak peek and for a look at more of their beautiful property- take a look here.
