Christmas Tree Expedition – 2017

This was our 3rd year going to the Holiday Tree Farm in Augusta NJ and I think I love it more and more each year!  The farm is just serene and beautiful, the tress look gorgeous and the helpers this year had fun t-shirts that they wore.  Plus this year we also had lunch at the Chatterbox Drive-In which was a fun little stop back in time complete with a DJ playing old 45s.

Ryland really had no idea what we were doing but Logan was pretty into finding the perfect tree this year.  After a bunch of fighting between Chris and I becuase I picked one out then we lost track of it as we looked some more, we spotted the perfect one for our home.  Chris went to cut it, we fought some more and Moises had to help Chris becuase apparently I am not strong enough to hold the tree back so Chris can cut it down.  Yup, it never fails every year that we fight, hahaha!  We also fought getting it into the house but that is another story:)

I’d like to continue our little family tradition that we started and get our tree here on the Saturday after Thanksgiving every year!  Merry Christmas everyone!
