Kelli and Patrick are going to welcome their little baby boy, Luke, into the family in just a few short weeks! That’s right folks, I’m going to be an Aunt. I think I’m feeling old now, haha! Kelli’s mom went all out with the sail boat theme, right down to selecting the restaurant, Bahrs Landing Restaurant in Highlands, NJ which is complete with old photographs of the Jersey Shore, boat anchors, drift wood and old boat parts up on the walls. With all the laughter and smiles at the shower you just know Luke will be welcomed into the family with love and after all those gifts were opened that he will have plenty of clothes to wear. I think after their baby shower he officially has more clothes than I do! Baby boy clothes are so cute how can anyone resist?
Kelli and Patrick, congrats again to you both! I cannot wait to meet Luke and cuddle him in my arms. Much love to you both as you start your own family.
The view from the room of the party was so beautiful, overlooking Sandy Hook Bay. I was very surprised that the docks were all fixed after the damage they sustained in Highlands from Hurricane Sandy.
Mom to be and both Grandmas, anxiously awaiting the arrival of baby Luke!
There is something about braided pigtails, maybe because I never really had hair long enough to have them, but I love them on little girls!
That chest on the left was handmade, talk about crafting it up!
Of course the little girls gathered all the rubber ducks and lined them up on their table, too cute!
Patrick, dad-to-be, even got some of his own gifts to open:)
