Vanessa + Skender – Engaged

Vanessa and Skender met in Manasquan at the Parker House.  I have a fondness for couples who meet “down the shore”, as the North Jersey people say, because that’s where Chris and I met many years ago.  Down the shore is any place south of Sandy Hook so that’s a lot of beaches and miles of shoreline to meet that someone special.

We lucked out during the engagement session with the rain.  We got a few images with the NYC skyline in the back and it started to rain so we ducked into this little covered area where we got creative, took some more photos, checked the Yankee and Giants score(Yankees lost, Giants won).  The rain let up and we walked around Weehawken for some more photos.  Then when we were finished the rain started just as I got into my car and continued the whole drive home.   Talk about perfect timing!  Congrats to you both again on your engagement and your up coming wedding!

Skender proposed at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, then all their family was over at Houlihan’s next door to celebrate- how fun is that to celebrate with everyone right away!
